Business need

Explain an occasional local whole carcass offer, collection arrangements and the responsibility customers take on before they register interest.

My role

I run Wayside Game Larder and developed the website and availability list journey for my own venture.

Decisions and deliverables

Put product details and expectations before the sign up. Explain the steps from joining the list to receiving an availability alert and arranging collection.

  • A precise local offer, collection information and frequently asked questions.
  • Handling and traceability information presented alongside the buying journey.
  • An availability list form with contact details, area and acknowledgements about the product and communications.

Current status

The website and availability list interface are live and were inspected on 14 October 2026. No registration was submitted during this review.

Measurement limitations
